- Send me two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can naturally take it out of the list.
- Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, secure your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes which exceed your budget.
- Think about drive time to work or other interests. Traffic in the Davie area could be different than what you're used to, so let me know how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.
Before we meet in person, I could send you my picks for listings we should see. Or you may already have some strong possibilities as a result of your own research. While virtual tours and photos are invaluable, there's nothing like touring homes in person. I can arrange any necessary appointments and map a route. If we work efficiently, we could go to 8 or 10 homes in a single day.
